HCELL can be downloaded from Sourceforge project page
http://sourceforge.net/projects/hcell.
In order to install, first edit the makeinclude file. If you do not have GINACS library
installed on your system, change the last line to GINACS = no. Modify install directories if needed,
then type make, become root, and type make install. If you want to install the tools coming with the
library, go to ``tools'' directory and repeat the above steps.
